3. Products & Services

Big Goal Sports operates as a print-on-demand e-commerce platform. We partner with third-party manufacturers and fulfillment providers to produce and ship custom products featuring sports-themed designs.

3.1 Product Information

We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Colors displayed on your device may vary from actual product colors due to monitor settings and printing processes. We cannot guarantee exact color matching between on-screen previews and physical products.

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or suitable alternative.

3.3 Print-on-Demand Production

Products are manufactured on demand after your order is placed. Production times vary by product type and current order volume. Standard production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping.

3.4 Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Payment & Billing

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

4.2 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred
• You will pay applicable taxes related to your purchases

4.3 Order Acceptance

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

5.1 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping availability and rates vary by destination.

5.2 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times include production time plus shipping time. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days from order placement. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight/dimensions. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time with minimum purchase requirements.

5.4 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

5.5 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you, or for packages returned to us as undeliverable. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned packages.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or product shipped)
• Significantly different from the product description or preview

6.2 Return Window

Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the issue and your order number.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed products that were produced correctly according to your order specifications are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

6.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Errors or omissions in any content
• Product defects or quality issues
• Shipping delays or lost packages

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Services will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from such download.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Big Goal Sports, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Fulfillment Partners: Various print-on-demand manufacturers and shipping carriers
• Analytics: Google Analytics and similar services to analyze website usage

Your interactions with these third parties are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of such third-party services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

You and Big Goal Sports agree to resolve any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's (AAA) rules. The arbitration will take place in the United States, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

YOU AND BIG GOAL SPORTS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
